To secure an appointment, we require a non-refundable booking fee.
This fee will be discounted off the cost of your treatment. Payment is made when you initially book your appointment.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation/rescheduling within:
•8 or more days before treatment -
No charge, but can only reschedule appointment once.
•7 or less days before treatment-
Loss of booking fee/deposit.
If you would like a new appointment, you can rebook online a new day/time that suits your schedule.
•24hours before appointment-
50% charge of the treatment price.
Cancellation fee will need to be charged (minus your deposit) before future appointments can be rebooked.
Patch Testing
For treatments labelled with (Patch Test Required) in the booking system, a patch test is necessary 24 to 48 hours before the appointment. Failure to schedule this test will lead to treatment cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. Please note that without a patch test, the treatment cannot be administered during the appointment.
•Please arrive to your appointment on time, if you arrive early please wait in your car/a nearby café until your allocated time slot. We may be with another client, preparing for your appointment or even attending to personal matters.
•There is a maximum of 2 infill sessions allowed. After the initial treatment and 2 infills, you will need to book a soak-off and a fresh set. It's crucial to maintain the health of your natural lashes, as excessive build up by the 2nd infill can damage your natural lashes, impact extension retention, and make your lash style appear messy.
•Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes and no makeup, including around the eye area or foundation.
•Appointments have a 10 min max late policy. We want to provide you with a professional & relaxing treatment, not rushed. We are also unable to run late for our next clients.
•If you arrive late please note that the time will come out of your appointment, which may result in cancellation of treatment.
•Clients interested in infills must purchase our lash bath kit.
•Infill appointments need to be scheduled within 21 days of the initial treatment. Appointments outside this timeframe will incur a full set charge.
•No late payments or IOUs.
•Due to insurance purposes we are unable to allow friends, family, pets or minors in the treatment room.
•Please do not arrive to your appointment sick we may kindly ask you to reschedule.
•We do not perform infills on work done by other technicians. A removal and full set would be required in this instance.
•If you experience any issues with your lashes or brows, please inform us within the first 24 hours.
•Card payments welcome and include a £5 charge.
